Desventajas: Fire alarms went off at 3.30 a.m.....not a negative though, as at least they work and staff were very capable when attending to evacuated residents.

Desventajas: Fire alarm at 2am on23/9 . Everybody run to the street. Then, nothing happens. Without explanation at all. No cleaning of the room unless u ask a day in advance. It was told when I ask for cleaning on 22/9. That means I cleaning during the 3 days of my stay☹️

Ventajas: Absolutely exceptional service and facilities. I have never stayed at a similarly priced hotel with such a nice room, full of great touches, like a memory foam mattress, bath tub, large sink, Nespresso machine in room. The staff helped me to print of documents for a meeting the following day and there was a fully equipped kitchen. I will definitely use Adagio again if I can find rooms within my companies expenses limit.
Desventajas: There is honestly nothing I could fault. The room could have been a five start hotel for all I knew!

Ventajas: Very clean and comfortable room, the staff were professional, pleasant and made you feel very welcome. Room was well equipped and reception foyer has shop facilities for purchasing food items, condiments etc to cook in your room kitchenette if you don’t feel like eating out. Very clean facilities and well cared for by cleaning staff. The check out baggage room was a bonus and very safe and secure. Would most definitely stay here again.

Ventajas: Great service when checking in, friendly staff and quick service! Rooms very clean and spacious. Perfect for the 4 of us staying over for a city break! Bullring was quite literally across the road, could not of got any closer to the centre.. fantastic stay.
Desventajas: 4 Towels were provided, however if a couple more were located this would have made life easier.. (That's the only thing staying with 3 other girls)

Ventajas: The room felt high quality and stylish. The bathroom particularly is very nice with a large shower and lovely mirror. The bed is huge and the 2 pillows each gave good options to find the right level of comfort. The staff were very friendly and attentive and made us feel welcome.
Desventajas: The hairdryer sounded like it was about to explode when we used it, so that was a little unnerving. But honestly, I have nothing else bad to say.

Desventajas: I paid £92 for one night. I booked a double bed. The fee was a price hike due to numbers. when I checked in at around 5pm I was told there were no double beds available and was given a twin room. I am 6'3" and don't fit in a single bed. I had a rotten night, the single beds are nothing like as comfortable as the doubles and I have been shattered all day. I am in The Archers on BBC Radio 4 and a lot of the cast stay there. I have used the hotel happily since it opened and this is the first time I have been dissatisfied. I really feel that if you book a double bed, than that's what you should get. Please advise me about getting a refund.

Ventajas: Security staff were prats but the hotel staff were warm freindly and very efficient. Room was very clean though not very big, but big enough. Breakfast was awesome as were the staff there also. Would definitely recommend this hotel and stay there again. Thanks to the Holiday Inn and all its staff.

Ventajas: Room was very modern and spacious. Reception, bar area etc modern, clean and generally a nice place to be. Easy stroll from hotel to Bull Ring.
Desventajas: The bar closed at 2330. Even then you got the impression that the staff couldnt wait to shut up shop. After this if you wanted another drink you had to get the night porter!!

Desventajas: El servicio de limpieza empieza a las 8 de la mañana cada día y hace un ruido horroroso, imposible poder dormir apartir de esa hora, llámanos para preguntar si era siempre así y nos dijeron que sí. Las habitaciones están muy mal insonorizadas y escuchas a los de la habitación de al lado como si estuvieran en la tuya. esta algo alejado del centro, unos 25 minutos andando. También recalcar que se celebran eventos tipo bodas en la azotea y el ruido de la música o fiesta es horrible en cualquier planta hasta altas horas de la madrugada

Ventajas: Muy confortable. Habitación de un nivel difícil de encontrar en todo el Reino Unido. Absolutamente confortable. Precio extraordinario. NO cogimos desayuno por ser el típico británico excesivo para nosotros. Lo recomiendo fuertemente.

Ventajas: It was incredibly noisy until home 12am as there was a band - I had to walk through a busy adult bar at 11pm as we had been to a concert , to get to the door through to the rooms which felt odd - it was good in the room and noisy - the pillows were awful but it was too late to change them - the breakfast was average - cold coffee and tea ☹️

Ventajas: The bar area in nice with pleasant atmosphere, good food and drinks and nice staff.
Desventajas: The rooms have no sound proofing what so ever so we barely got any sleep. The corridor outside the room has doors along it and they bang shut so every time somebody came through the door there was a mound bang. You could hear people walk along the corridors and bags being dragged down the hall. That coupled with other noises meant we got almost no sleep. Our party occupied two rooms and it was the same in both rooms. It feels like a newly refurbished hotel where all the money was spent on the bar area with a lower quality finish to the rooms and no soundproofing. The bar areas received deliveries shortly after 6am, the doors slamming on the vehicle and the downstairs entrance could easily be heard in our room making sleep impossible.

Ventajas: Good location with parking and spacious, comfortable room with some nice touches like the complimentary minibar and coffee maker. Helpful reception staff.
Desventajas: Downstairs bar area is noisy, which made it a poor choice for evening meal. I chose to eat out, rather than opt for room service. The buffet breakfast is limited and cooked breakfast service slow, coffee was cold and toast not offered. Only one member of staff on duty for breakfast but not particularly busy. There was also a lot of street noise until quite late.

Ventajas: The staff were all great, very accommodating and went the extra mile. The room was of a good size and well equipped. Breakfast was served quickly and exactly to order. I was able to leave the car there and get a taxi into Birmingham city centre.

Desventajas: I thought the breakfast very poor to be frank - limited cereals, no croissants, the coffee machine dripped out a single Expresso over a period of 3 mins and the fruit options were poorly presented and not particularly tasty.

Ventajas: Staff were very welcoming, check is was swift and the room was modern and clean with everything you need. The location was perfect for visiting the Arena and surrounding areas. It was very quiet at night and there was nothing to disturb us from sleeping. The foyer, restaurant and bar were clean and well presented and altogether very inviting. Breakfast was pretty good value especially for a Hilton chain and there was ample choice of things to eat.
Desventajas: Nothing really. The room wasn’t quite ready on check in even though we didn’t arrive before 3:00pm but we were given a complimentary drink for waiting a few minutes. There was a problem with the hotel’s water supply too. This was known at check in but wasn’t mentioned to us. Not a massive issue as it was fixed later in the day while we were out but still think it would have been nice of them to tell us. Instead we went to the room, used the facilities and then discovered there was not water to flush or wash hands with. This is a one off kind of thing so can’t be too harsh about it and it certainly wouldn’t prevent me from booking the same hotel again if I needed to.

Not even any still water or juice unless you managed to find a member of staff and ask them to refill. The food was cold. We had to wait ages to be seated. We asked for gluten free bread at dinner due to an intolerance. After we had eaten they told us that someone had made a mistake and it wasn’t gluten free. They apologised and gave us £7.00 of our bill. We thought it would be ok as was only a small amount but my husband was ill all night.

El servicio no aportó factura de desplazamiento , exigiendo en todo caso cobro en efectivo y por importe de 45 libras. En resumen fue bastante tenso y molesto.

My breakfast was supposed to be in the Regency Club on the 22nd floor but this wasn't communicated well on check in ("you can avail of breakfast at the RC" instead of "the breakfast included in your rate is served at the RC") and I had to pay for a breakfast on the ground floor.

Desventajas: The breakfast host on the morning of the 29/09/19 was rude and unfriendly. He made me feel like an intruder rather than a guest. I wanted to cry and it ruined my entire experience.

Ventajas: All staff were 'on it' - helpful and awake! Bed very comfy. Great breakfast. When I left seat to get cooked breakfast they had made me a fresh coffee - without me needing to ask.
Desventajas: All great really. Booked well in advance so got a very good rate. They are digging up outisde but I did not hear them (Birmingham trams)

Ventajas: My husband and I were celebrating our 10th Wedding Anniversary and the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. The hotel was experiencing some problems with the power supply but they did everything they could to solve the situation and kept us informed of what was happening.

Ventajas: I’ve previously stayed at the Hyatt with no issue but this time I was booked into a room on a floor with lots of renovation works and was not informed of this. So from 8am the was woken by drilling and construction work inside the hotel. I am aware there is work going on around Birmingham but I do not understand why the floor is allowed to be occupied when their is work going on on the floor. I didn’t like anything about the hotel the staff were unhelpful and
Desventajas: Everything! The staff didn’t care that I was unhappy they just said “ Did you report it?” I said yes I’m reporting it to you right now. Why didn’t you tell me or offer me a new room? I’ve paid almost £400 to have an awful nights sleep and you’re acting completely indifferent. Obviously once the payment is made Hyatt don’t care about customer satisfaction at all.

Ventajas: The anniversary sweet platter
Desventajas: Dodgy stain on the middle end of the comfey chair in the room. The spa was not luxury that the photos eluded to and the sauna and steam room was small and packed. Kids kept running in and out letting all the hot air out. Need access to more lifts to reduce congestion of guests. Lifts are not used in a fire so why they are closed Im not sure.I was squished to the side of lift when member of staff used it for transporting a fold up bed. The traffic was absolutely horrendous and when we came to the hotel with our car at 10pm the porter said it was chock a block and at the same time received a back hand payment off another person right infront of me and he directed me to the expensive car park near sea life centre and got drenched on the way back to the hotel after waiting in traffic again. I was very disappointed with our stay and I guess if you stay in a penthouse, only then you may receive a luxury experience perhaps. I was very much looking forward to staying at the Hyatt and to feel recharged but unfortunately I left feeling more irritated and wished I'd stayed at home.

Desventajas: La habitacion tenia las camas sin sabanas, solo cubiertas por un edredón, lo reclamamos y lo que hicieron fue dejarla sobre una silla y que nosotros las pongamos. Pedimos el baño con plato de ducha lo confirmaron y nos dieron con bañera, el recepcionista no entendia el pedido o se hacia que no lo entendia, se llama Mustapha.-No tienen personal que hable español, cosa que cuando vienen e España hasta las piedras les hablan ingles

Ventajas: From stepping into the room, I was delighted with my choice to stay at this hotel. The bed was massive and was so comfy. The room was very clean as too was the bathroom. Everything was superb and I will definitely stay here again. The breakfast the morning after was of such a wide range, I didn’t know what to choose to have.

Ventajas: Breakfast was very good in general but the bread selection was rather limited and the plates much too small.
Desventajas: The self check-in was rather impersonal and the door key did not work so I had to go back down to have it reprogrammed. The hot water flow was very slow in the handbasin.

Ventajas: Great location, good breakfast, quiet room with a great view once I'd moved. Helpful staff who came to my room with a new key to save me having to go to reception.
Desventajas: I was originally in room 301 which after an hour or two I discovered had lifts to the rear. As the hotel was very busy this was an almost continual noise and reception moved me to another room

Desventajas: I paid at the time of booking and did not use any extra facilities at the hotel..yet they charged my card for £8.50 as well as £95 with out advance notification..at check out I raised this issue ..and I was assured both amounts will not be collected from credit card..later I found £8.50 collected. I waited and then had to send email complainingand requesting a explanation and refund of amount..I finally have the refund 3 weeks later...but no apology for my trouble and appropriate compensation ..not even a response to my email..will not be using this hotel again.

Ventajas: Muy bien situado, instalaciones nuevas y cómodas, muy limpio, el desayuno muy completo (había máquina de tortitas) y el personal muy atento y agradable.
Desventajas: Se escuchaba un ruido extraño que por la noche molestaba un rato. La fruta muy escasa en el desayuno (solo manzanas y mandarinas).

Ventajas: El desayuno está bien, pero el café puede mejorar. El servicio sumamente agradable. De hecho, lo mejor que tiene el hotel es su personal, muy agradables, profesionales pero a la vez muy atentos a las necesidades del cliente. Debo destacar la atención de una chica de origen iberoamericano (no recuerdo su nombre) que resolvió gracias a subir calefactores y mantas los problemas de confort en la habitación. Muchas gracias y enhorabuena por todo el personal.
Desventajas: Hay dos cosas que en mi opinión pueden mejorar en el hotel. El primero el confort dentro de la habitación pues el sistema de calefacción hace ruido y no calienta bien. El segundo necesitan aislar las ventanas para evitar el ruido pues está en una calle muy ruidosa, fundamentalmente porque hay muchos bares y zonas de ocio.

Ventajas: The room was clean and close to my party.
Desventajas: There was no mirror on our wall. The holes were there!! It had obviously fallen off. I only knew this when I popped into my Sisters room just before checkout so didn't know. It was an overnight stay for my Birthday Party so would have liked a mirror in the main room. There was also a dreadful drain smell in the shower room every time you opened the plug to drain it.
