Royal Plaza Hotel

The hotel was very tidy and clean.

Bit hard to get information about a restaurants around the hotel. However, except that everything was perfect.

All the staff at the reception were very friendly & helpful, they upgraded us.

very early check out time @10:00 am but fortunately they extended it to 12:30 pm which was great.

Gran hotel, buena ubicación y desayuno de lujo. Las camas muy cómodas, habitación justa para cuatro, baño espectacular. La piscina no la pudimos usar por falta de tiempo. El check out es a las11, en vez de las 12. Se llega muy fácilmente desde el aeropuerto ya que con airport express train te deja el mismo en la estación de Kowlon y desde ahí sale un bus gratuïto que te deja en la puerta y la ida al aeropuerto igual. Nosotros pudimos reservar a muy buen precio gracias a las protestas en la ciudad. Debjo del mismo hotel hay una parada de metro.

Que no haya atención en español. El desayuno es caro pero es que es espectacular, multitud de cosas, muy variado. Aparte de eso nada más para un hotel espectacular y que vale mucho la pena.

Pity we got stuck with the protests but the staff in the hotel were better than excellent in advising safer areas to visit. We stayed in a Club Room so the additional dining area was wonderful.

Booked a room with a King size bed, but a room with 2 Queen size beds were offered at the desk instead. Unless I accepted a room on the smoking-allowed floor. Expected the hotel to have the booked room available in both smoker/ non-smoker option. I was told by their staff that I had to request for it when booking. Make sure you request for it if relevant.

nice hotel, near of flower market & bird market. easy to join. lots of commodities. very very very good breakfast, all kind of style. and the staff was kind.

Muy espacioso y limpio

Pasillo y habitación demasiado oscuros

Las sábanas de la cama estaban limpias, había almohadas extra, había un servicio gratuito de smartphone, muy práctico para navegar y localizar restaurantes, fácil acceso al WiFi, habitaciones limpias, baño limpio, personal amable, fácil acceso a tours locales a través de una agencia allí mismo, cerca de la estación de metro y del centro comercial.

No había champú ni acondicionador en el baño, mi mujer no estaba satisfecha con las instalaciones del cuarto de baño.
