this hotel is near the airport. They do supply a shuttle (I had to ask). The staff at checkin were very friendly and helpful. The staff in the restaurant, same - very helpful, friendly.
An open lobby means lots of noise from down below, including, inexplicably, a tv playing loudly to no one at all, beginning ~6am. The breakfast (included with a kayak booking) was, well, the oatmeal was a multi-gallon gob of paste. There was no hard-copy guide to the hotel in the room; the keys re-set overnight and I had to return downstairs to get another set. It wasn't awful, it just wasn't comfortable.
Big pile of plates with dirty food in hallway when I arrived and stepped off elevator toy floor. The SAME tray was still there with rotting food 24 hours later. There was also a large beverage glass in the hallway outside my room. It was also there after 24 hours. The vents in my rooms bathroom were filthy
The place was amazing! Bed was soft, bathroom was spacious. Staff was great
We had an indoor bacons on the 6th floor above the bar. This made our room quite noisey.
Our first room had a musty smell and the floor was wet- we called the front desk and someone came up right away and moved us down the hall to a new room. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the staff was very nice.
The resturant was a bit pricy especially for a family and no other resturants were close by, a bit of a drive from the airport as well.
The room was kept in excellent condition.
I didnt like the staff how the guest service agent treated my reservation. When I arrived I asked for a room that had a view that faced the water. When I arrived to the room my view faced a hallway inside the hotel. I was so upset because I was so detailed in what i wanted, and she wasnt giving me a lot of attention because the delivery man had her food behind me. I was really disappointed at the Renissance hotel faculty because I love to go there.
