The check in took 1.5 hours, also the check out more than hour

Mr yaser and mahmoud from housekeeping team tried their best to keep the room clean

You have to pay insurance 1000 egyption pounds for each night extra to the room value that wasn't mentioned before. Hosekeeping not all working in the same level . Rooms are old and needs maintainance and renovation. Location is crowded and noisey. Refrigrator is not working and i had to keep me medicine somewhere else

Because of old facility, relatively cheap.

When I checked in and checked out, I had to wait for 30 minutes each. There are2 problems. Even guests were waiting for check in/check out,there were only limited staff at the reception. Even though manager level were near the reception, they didn’t do anything but chatting. And there is no queuing system. Therefore no first-in-first-out. Even some guests cut the line, any staff/managers do not control. So frustrated especially when check out.
