Great location, balcony with sea view, requested top floor and given one. Straight forward 5 mins check in and check out, room cleaned every day if required and was done so to a very high standard. Friendly staff who all spoke good English. Security cameras in communal areas, mini fridge was an added bonus I did not expect as was the amazing sunsets to be seen from the solarium each night. Very good value for money.

Close to beach and buses to Palma. It is clean. All staff I met were really, really nice and helpful. Pity ha other things let the property down
You advertise A/C, there was none. Also I was supposed to have a balcony, the door opened out to a tiny walled in square and walls went up to roof, also the view was various pipes!. Toiletries were listed as being there, it was a tiny bar of cheap soap. Had to ask front desk to get very loud music turned down at 10pm, it had been going all day. Walls very thin and during night could hear people talking, more like shouting, doors and walls being banged, toilet seats being allowed just to clatter down. Mattress very uncomfortable, think it was filled with rocks and in contrast the pillows were so soft there was no support in them. Went to use extra pillow and it was all blood!
