Very nice, clean hotel, in a perfect location. A walkable distance from the train station, sights, shops and restaurants. The room was super clean and comfortable, as well as a great view out the window. The hotel was quiet and peaceful, there were no interruptions while we slept. It was 10/10. The staff were also very helpful, with directions and suggestions as we were new to the city.

I have stayed a several times in this hotel during my business trips to Köln and always was satisfied with quality of service and price. Perfect location, nice big room, comfortable bad, good breakfast with a big variety. Staff is super friendly and tries to solve all issues/asking immediately
No bathrobe and slippers that especially might be useful, floor is quite cold. No electronic form of invoice that is convenient for business travelers.
