It was so so busy becos of the carnival

This hotel property was definitely 5 stars! It’s within a few minutes walk from train station so perfect location. All of the staff — Front Desk, Room Service and Property Manager — were amazing and gave 100% effort to fulfill your requests. The staff working the piano bar were pleasant and very accommodating. The room was very spacious and beautiful. We didn’t realize that Carnival had started so had the pleasant of watching a few marching parades and people everywhere in costumes from our window. Such a treat! The foyer area and spacious bathroom could be closed off from bedroom/sitting area. The mini-bar was free and stocked daily! The bathroom had two sinks, a bench and amenities were high end — individual set up for two people instead of one. Unfortunately, we could not make reservations for either Michelin-Star restaurant in the hotel, but they provided recommendations. We were quite pleased. I will only stay in this hotel when visiting Cologne, Germany.
