Our room overlooking the beach was just gorgeous - spacious, comfortable, clean, amazing huge balcony.....I could go on and on. We loved our stay here, it was our first time in Cancun and we definitely will be coming back for more. Great location, staff that go over and above all expectations - special mention of Marcelo Marquez Lopez for exceptional service, diverse food options to cater for all and delicious cocktails. Loved this place and it made 5 nights feel way too short!
The only small complaint we had over our 5 night stay was that our WiFi started acting up and being very patchy. They came to reboot it but it wasn’t much help.

Having a positive staff all around really makes the whole experience enjoyable. Everyone was so accommodating, welcoming and very polite. The ocean was SO blue ive never seen anything like it! The food was delicious as well! And we loved our ocean view from our floor
Im a night owl so there wasn’t much to do at the resort past dinner time. However it’s a quick bus ride down the street to all the bars and clubs! So our location was great

Food was generally nice, I have enjoyed the buffets especially. Most of the staff will try to be really helpful and nice, it was greatly appreciated. The pools were clean and nice. The rooms are quite big.
One of the staff members decided to chill in my room on the night we arrived and left our bags. Took the bedclothes from only one of the bags and left a piece of old chocolate on the bed. Some of the waiters made us feel very uncomfortable (in the cevicheria). Wish they were offering some clips for wet clothes or a way to dry them, after all it’s a leisure place by the sea.

The restaurant outside was really good. If you have a time, visit Captain's Cove. Their food and service were much more better than hotel.
The concierge insisted a lot their promotion and didn't let us rest. It's so uncomfortable. The pool was always dirty you can see lots of dirty things. There was no activity in the night for guest It's quite boring in the night compared with other all inclusive hotel in Cancun
