Facilities, breakfast, all reception personel were kind, intelligent and understanding. We love it.
They are starting to clean rooms very early. If you do not pay tip, they do not make your beds for the following day, most prorbably cleaning as well.

The buffet style breakfast was delicious. There were eggs, sausages, cold cuts, vegetables, fruits, cereal, milk etc. and you could also make pancakes. The room was clean. The vicinity of the hotel is quiet, I could not even hear the neighbours. It is close to the public transport system, you can easily get to the downtown. The check-in and check-out were fast.

Especially loved the eco friendly features. Decor was great and it was a great place to relax after a long day at work. Would stay here again when back in Berlin on business.
In general I loved everything, only thing that surprised me in a bad way was that although my room was available early, I wasn't allowed to check in without a €15 fee. Thought it was a bit cheeky - usually when I've been at hotels early if the room is free they give it free of charge. That's me being picky though - thought it was a great hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room and breakfast excellent with attentive staff. Location marvellous. 2 minutes off the tube and into the hotel room and yet so quiet and peaceful.
