The front of house staff were incredible at this hotel - really informative and friendly. Appreciated the welcome drink and also the treats left in our room. Breakfast was awesome! The pool area was lovely and the local beaches were awesome. I loved the decor in the communal areas and the grounds were well maintained. Close proximity to Porto Cervo and many other towns in the area. Yes, I'd recommend people visit here, but I personally didn't have great luck with the room.
I am still actually really upset about our room and how the hotel handled the situation- when we arrived, the room was freezing cold (which the hotel managed to resolve after a few hours). But the smell in bathroom that came from the drains was unbearable. We complained as soon as we were shown to the room, but their solution didn't work and we were given no choice but to stay in the room for the night. The next day, they came to fix it again, but it was still pretty bad. We were only there for 2 nights, so I figured that we'd try to enjoy our time in Porto Cervo instead of complaining but it's really upsetting because I really needed a stress-free time.

We stayed at a deluxe double bedroom. The building was very nice but never felt it was worth the money. Two beaches (not the best ones in the area) are at walking distance from the hotel. Unfortunately, I don't recommend it, you'll spend a 5 star rate for a hotel that is simply not worth the money.
Food overpriced. No water or air con during summer in the gym in a 5 star hotel. No hospitality water in the rooms either. There were some very nice public hiking trails close to the hotel but were never told by the hotel, I never felt they were worried about customer's experience. The room's terrace has no lights so you can't use it at night (the moment people can back from the beach and are actually in the room). It is not worth the money you pay, they don't offer a 5 star service in my opinion.

El agua que dejaban todas las noches solo dejaban un agua. Deberían dejar 2, una para cada persona La comida del restaurante de la piscina era muy básica y cara

it was good , a lot of options. However my staying was 6 nights therefore I would recommend a better choice. like for example to change the salami more often or to provide more local typical food. you get bored in a week of the same ..
