no hot water water last morning before leaving.......closet has shelf that tall people hit your head on. Not enough counter space in bathrooms

Front desk staff couldn’t communicate very well in English

La ubicación es excelente por dos motivos. Una esta a metros de los lugares mas visitados de la ciudad, como el mercado de las flores a 100 mt, y entre 300/600 de todos los otros puntos como la zona roja, opera, museo de Rembrant, ect. El otro motivo es que también esta cerca del barrio residencial, donde en cada uno de los puentes es una fotografia. Aqui hay menos ruido, por ende la tranquilidad en la noche es insuperable. Vale la pena tomar las habitaciones sobre el canal, donde ofrecen una vista maravillosa. El personal es increiblemente atentos a cada detalle. Si usan el valet parking, deben pedir con una hora de anticipación, en mi caso lo reservaba la noche anterior, y en el horario prevista estaba estacionado en la puerta.

Located right on a canal within easy walking distance to cafes, shops, and the flower market, this hotel is a great option in Amsterdam. You're away from the most touristy parts of the city, but you can walk to them within 20 minutes. The staff here is so nice, the breakfast is great, and the hotel is an historic one.

In one of the rooms, IT was weird having the sink in the room, not the bathroom. The rooms weren’t too spacious.
